Gates Opening & Closing Times
Gates open Thursday 9th September at 4pm and close at Midnight.
Gates open Friday at 8am and close at 11pm - Festival officially starts 11:30am Friday morning.
Gates open Saturday 8am and close at 11pm.
Sunday Gates Closed
We ask for you to be off site on Monday the 13th September by noon.
Thursday evening we welcome you to the space. We invite you to drop into the land and set up your camp. We will have some fire jams and gentle soothing offerings as we enjoy our community connection before the main festival starts on Friday after our opening ceremony (11:30am).
Nearest train station is Huntingdon which is a 10 minute drive from site.

Are there rideshares?
Yes please use our ridesharers document to organise sharing travel which you can access here
We will have washing facilities, showers and drinking water stations on site.
All food sold by us on site is vegan and organic when possible. We have the Lovejam Kitchen, Cafe and also another 2 vendors on site. You are welcome to bring any food (non-vegan or vegan) with you however please be mindful & respectful of others.
We are asking everybody to take a test before arriving at the gathering. Please refer to our covid policy at the bottom of this document.
Alcohol Free & Sobriety Invitation
One of Lovejam’s founding principles is that of holding an alcohol-free space. We are holding a sacred container and are inviting you to drop into this space without the use of alcohol. If you feel like you absolutely need to drink alcohol to be on-site then please let us know beforehand.
We open this invitation for you to explore getting high on connection, nature, breath, music, healthy food & many of the wonderful rejuvenating elements of Lovejam.
Camper vans/ parking
Live-in vehicles are allowed on site at no extra charge. Parking is very close to the campsite.
No campfires in the campsite please, we have many designated fires with a fire keeper for each one. Please show these fires respect by not throwing waste into them.
Please bring your own cutlery, bowl/plate and cup as we will not be handing out replacements.
Dogs are allowed on site if they are kept on leads at all times, friendly to other dogs and owners clean up after them. All dog owners are responsible for all dog poos (collective ownership). Please inform us beforehand if you are bringing your dog.
Refunds due to Covid are accepted as long as we have reasonable time to resell your ticket. This would be a final refund date of the 5th September. Any refunds after this will not be accepted by us and you would be required to find a replacement buyer.
Please only swim in the swimming lake during the allotted hours whilst lifeguards are present. You are allowed to be naked as much as you like this year .. wahey! Please do not use soaps and suncreams in the swimming lakes.

Leave No Trace
Please be mindful of your waste. We operate a leave no trace policy and ask all participants to take responsibility for their own waste. We also invite you to limit your use of single use plastics.
Upcycling & Clothes Swapping
We are hosting an upcycling and clothes swapping session. This will involve an opportunity to decorate and alter existing clothes or swap existing clothes with others. One person's trash is another person's treasure!
We do not have any charging facilities onsite. We invite you to spend some time off screen for this weekend <3
We have created a silent sanctuary space with a lovely selection of books and cosey things. This is a place to relax, unwind & integrate. If at any point you need space, this is your safe place.
As mentioned, we have a library silent space offering a sanctuary to integrate and relax throughout the weekend. If you have any books that you would like to lend to the library for the weekend, please bring them along!
LoveJam Covid Policy 2021 - ticket holders
BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
Please take a Lateral Flow Test before departing and arriving on-site (you can get these for free from local pharmacies).
If you have cold/flu symptoms, please take more than 1 test for reassurance.
No one should attend the event if:
o You are experiencing symptoms common to Covid19 (fever, cough, loss
of taste or smell)
o You have been in close contact with anyone who has had symptoms in the last 14 days
o You have been contacted by the official Test & Trace service
o You should be in quarantine as per current government rules
KEEP THE VIBE HIGH, KEEP YA HYGIENE HIGH!
Wash hands regularly and before eating
Use antibacterial hand gel
