A SITE OF SPECIAL SCIENTIFIC INTEREST, WITH VALLEY VIEWS & ENDLESS ANCIENT OAKS, OUR NEW LOCATION IS BRIMMING WITH LIFE & POSSIBILITY. EXPECT TO HEAR THE MORNING BIRD SONG WHILST FEELING HELD BY THE NATURAL LEY OF THE LAND. ERIDGE PARK IS LESS THAN AN HOUR AWAY FROM BOTH CENTRAL LONDON & BRIGHTON WITH EASY ACCESS ROUTES INTO TUNBRIDGE WELLS.

Bellydance can also help to loosen stagnant energy and overcome any blocks you may have in your subconscious, leaving you more free and full.

An introduction to Rope Flow. A simple but profound way of training co-ordination, rhythm and movement in the body as well as accessing flow state in the mind.

Sound healing is a passive place for you to receive. You can just get comfortable and lie down to allow yourself to release anything that needs to be let go, tap into higher consciousness and open yourself up to deep peace. Through her Sound Healing Kate will guide you into deep lucid states of relaxation, opening receptivity and through a cosmic journey of the soul.

The Wheel of Consent is a powerful embodied model of relating which identifies four different kinds of consensual interaction. Each feels different in the body and requires a different kind of consent agreement. There will be the option to experience each of them by sharing simple, clothed, non-sexual touch with another.

The Sanskrit word translates to Ananda in English, meaning joy, bliss and the highest state of being. By practicing breathwork, yoga, moving meditation and sound Heemali aims to release any trauma through your chakras and leave you in a a state of bliss after this practice.
