WE ARE HIRING A

MARKETING & EVENTS MANAGER

The time has come for us to expand the Lovejam team. Over the last few years, we have co-created something incredible. The people, the values, the vision, the joy, the talent, the connection, the love. Truly, we have a special community & unique project on our hands. Over the last few years we have established some wonderful foundations with our weekly jams, our bi-annual festival, the Lovejam Campout, and more recently with our online gatherings.

We know how many people have benefited from our online events and we really enjoyed hosting them. Our speed dating was HILARIOUS, our community meet ups were beautiful & our mens/ womens circles brought us closer together even being hundreds of miles of physical distance apart.

 

We really want to continue to produce these online events and keep delivering the Lovejam community with top notch events & content to keep spirits high throughout this weird as f**k time. As such we really need some professional help to continue creating these wonderful spaces & experiences. Hence why we are opening up to the community with a paid opportunity to help us organise & promote our online offerings with the potential to continue with our in-person gatherings post covid.

The ideal new team member ...

  • Copywriting (strong writing ability) 

  • Basic graphic design skills (knowledge of canva is acceptable) - strong aesthetic 

  • Knowledge of email marketing & social media strategy. 

  • Experience with PPC advertising on social (not necessary but bonus) 

  • Videography/ editing skills (not necessary but bonus) 

  • Entrepreneurial 

  • Happy to host live videos on social media channels.

  • Has the same values as Lovejam (Acceptance, Authenticity, Accessibility, Sobriety, Compassion, Regeneration, Education, Empowerment etc see our Mission for more information)

  • Has a love of music & wellbeing. 

  • Doesn't take themselves to seriously, is up for a good laugh and doesn't mind getting stuck in!

Whats the deal? 

  • 8-10 hours per week with potential to expand on review 

  • £10 -12 per hour + performance bonus per event 

  • Location independence

  • 1 month rolling contract

  • Content creation

  • Community Engagement 

  • Event curation & organisation 

  • Social media management 

  • Email strategy 

  • Scheming & dreaming.
